FinOP & Accounting Services

Quadrant Financial Group LLC has an experienced staff of Series 27 professionals and accountants who can serve as the Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP) on behalf of your firm, or assist your CFO with full accounting, record keeping, and regulatory matters.

Securities rules require each Broker-Dealer to employ and designate a qualified Financial and Operations Principal. The FINOP is responsible for supervising the firm’s financial books and records, and ensuring compliance with SEC net capital rules. Pursuant to regulators permit an outside individual to associate with a Broker-Dealer for the purpose of fulfilling the FINOP role.

Although Registered Investment Advisers are not subject to net capital requirements, the SEC and state regulators require accurate financial records for all RIAs. Quadrant staff can maintain your firm’s financial rerecords.
